Noodle Matchmaker Guide

This poster compares a range of characteristics between various Asian noodles. It categorizes through appearance, base ingredient, size (Illustrated to scale), cooking time, and other tidbits of information. The noodle matcher leads the viewer to their ideal noodle dish and its country of origin. There is also a nutritional comparison between two different brands.

This poster expresses noodle dishes, not just as food, but as a passion. The composition is meant to subtly resemble an Asian shrine, for a playful visual pun. Symmetry is used for a serene, wholesome feel, with vertical movement throughout the poster, to maintain visual interest.

Ring colours symbolize the type of noodle, while blocks represent one minute of cooking time. Information specific to the noodles categories are present, as well. 

The noodle matcher at the top helps users find their ideal noodle dish. Judging by base flavours, the descriptions become more specific until a suggestion is found. The countries of origin for the dishes are also indicated next to the respective dish.
